How do the Dots work?

To get started, download our app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and connect to the Dots using Bluetooth. Once connected, choose and launch any drill directly from the app. That’s it—you're ready to train.

What’s the difference between the Voon Soccer Pro and the Voon Soccer?

The Voon Soccer Pro is built for academies and clubs training on full-size pitches. It handles striking distances of 2 to 15 meters and stays stable under powerful shots. The Voon Soccer is made for smaller spaces—gardens, parks, or indoor setups. It’s optimized for 1 to 7 meter strikes on smooth surfaces. It’s also lighter and more portable, making it ideal for home use or low-impact sessions. Training on a pitch? Choose the Soccer Pro. Need something for tighter spaces? Go with the Voon Soccer.

How long does the Dot battery last?

The Dots offer up to 10 hours of standard use on a full charge. When idle, the battery can last up to 3 days. For uninterrupted training, we recommend fully charging the Dots before each session.

Are the Dots weatherproof?

Yes. The Dots are fully weatherproof and built to perform in all conditions—rain, heat, or anything in between. They're ready for whatever the weather throws at you.

How do I charge the Dots, and how long does it take?

To charge the Dots, simply place the charger on each one—it connects magnetically. A full charge from 0% to 100% takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.

How can I check the battery level of the Dots?

In the app, tap the Dot icon in the top right corner to view the battery level of each Dot. When charging, you can also check their status directly—each Dot displays its battery percentage through its light. A full green circle means it's fully charged.

Can I identify each Dot individually?

Yes. In the Dot section of the app, you can make any connected Dot blink or emit a sound, making it easy to identify each one.

How many Dots can I connect at once?

You can connect up to 10 Dots simultaneously.

What’s the range of the Dots?

Each Dot can be placed up to 30 meters away from the mobile device and from each other.

Which languages is the app available in?

The app is currently available in English and Spanish, with more languages planned for future updates.

How do I add or remove players from my profile?

Go to the Profile section, then tap on "Manage Players" to add or remove players from your account.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products include a 2-year warranty. If you experience any issues, contact us at support@voonsports.com—our team will be happy to help.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All shipments are insured. If any items are damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a description of the damage along with photos of the affected items. This helps us improve our packaging and service. Once reported, our Customer Care team will promptly arrange replacements.

Important: Damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery may result in you being responsible for replacement costs.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. For any specific questions about your order or its status, feel free to contact our customer service team.
